Courts of the Underdark Platter
A grand platter of aged cheeses, marinated delicacies, smoked and cured meats, truffles, and dark berries, arranged as a magic circle with the Nightblossom symbol at its center.
Hunter of the Night Platter
An assortment of miniature tartares (from different meats or fish), each under its own glass dome filled with smoke, released in front of the guest.
Mistress's Petals
Thinly sliced delicacy tongue or fillet arranged like a blooming flower, served with a blood-red spicy sauce and flakes of black salt.
Pearls of Silence
Tiny tartlets filled with dark mousse, red caviar, and microgreens, each crowned with a small "pearl" of sauce.
Shadow Carpaccio
Paper-thin slices of marbled meat laid in a spiral, with drops of dark sauce and edible gold; served on black stone.
Black Amaranth Reserve
A very dense red wine with notes of ripe berries and smoke, served in tall glasses with a thin scarlet rim on the glass, like the trace of a kiss.
Ebon Cognac of Ages
A noble, long-aged spirit kept in underground cellars for generations; served in heavy crystal snifters, warmed slowly by the bartender's own hand.
Matron's Whisper
A dark spiced liqueur with a hint of venomous bitterness, served in miniature goblets engraved with spiderwebs, often "sealed" by the hostess's blessing.
Mistress's Shadow Reserve
A secret bottle kept behind the bar: a deep, smoky blend of the finest spirits, available only with the drow owner's personal permission and served discreetly in VIP areas.
Night Orchid
A violet floral liqueur that glows softly in the dark; served in slender petal-shaped glasses, perfect for refined guests.
Tears of the Moonweb
A clear, almost silver distillate: smooth yet deceptively strong; each glass holds a single frozen "tear" shaped like a crystal.
Fires of the Underfeast
Small skewers of juicy meat and mushrooms marinated in dark wine and herbs, served over a miniature brazier so the guest can finish them to their preferred doneness.
Matron's Flame
Choice cuts of fine meat or seafood prepared flambé; they flare up with blue or violet fire at the table, briefly illuminating the guest's face.
Shadows on the Coals
Thin slices of smoked fish or meat on toasted black bread with truffle oil and microgreens; each bite carries the essence of ancient volcanic fires.
